Making boards is not about learning theory. To master this skill, you need to shape a thousands boards – probably even more.
I am always trying new things. Shaping new boards and surfing them. Seeing what I like, which waves the board is great for and if there is anything I can improve. Therefore I have a few second-hand boards available.
Give me a shout if you need to know more information about certain boards. I’ll also give you recommendations if your size, surf skill and waves you want to ride are compatible with the boards I’ve made.
High performance shortboard by ORG Surfboards made for Thomas Alcobia. For good waves and a good level of surfer.
Great allrounder. Inspired by the Kelly Slater SiFi. Features that unique tail with channels running up to the front foot, but I filled out the nose outline so it paddles into waves super easy. Well used, but has been looked after and repaired by me. Super light construction.
All round fun board. Easy entry into waves and smooth turns. Very stable in overhead plus waves, but still fun in small conditions.
Great all round light weight board, goes best in good shoulder high to head and a half high waves. This is my version of the neckbeard.
If you ride a lot of point breaks or long open waves this board is magic. Made for a Morocco trip, really comes alive in overhead waves. Beautiful smooth lines, but still snappy off the top.
Super fun small wave board. Light weight tough construction. Perfect travel board. Great in below average surf and up to over head so long as its not too hollow. Heaps of drive, carries loads of speed and still manoeuvrable
Perfect first shortboard, or board for a bigger rider. Beautiful resin tint and custom deck graphics. Loads of volume for catching waves but still super easy to duck-dive. Promotes smooth lines and suits a variety of waves depending on surf level.
Round pin tail for smooth rail turns and transitions. Low nose rocker for easy paddeling and early entry into the waves. Resin tint with reinforced deck colour panel. Have fun!
Mike February inspired twin pin. This one looks so fun its almost ended up in my quiver a bunch of times. Has all the fun bits of modern twins but the round tail adds a bit more control, especially in overhead surf.
